where the number of hours spent logged in is not material in the billing of the
subscriber, i.e. the subscriber is charged a fixed fee, regardless of the number of hours
he uses up.
- Unlimited Light Plan should be distinguished from a Dedicated Dial-Up (DDU) account.
Unlimited Light Plans share phone lines with other subscribers while DDU accounts have a
telephone line dedicated to them. Thus, Unlimited Light Plans cannot use a connection
exclusively without regard for other Subscribers who share the same resource. Unlimited
Light Plan users are assign a separate dialup line different from The Nets other
plan users.
- Unlimited Light subscribers must disconnect from the Internet when not in active use.
- RIGHT TO DISCONNECT-- The Net has the right to disconnect connections that are idle for
fifteen (15) minutes to allow more subscriber to use Unlimited Light network resources.
- User understands they can be prevented to log back onto the Internet for a time period
of fifteen (15) minute following the termination of their previous online session,
regardless of the reason for the previous session's termination.
- Excessive use of Unlimited Light Plan accounts (over 150 hours per month) are advise to
switch to The Net regular plan unlimited. The Net reserve the right not to renew plan
unlimited users subscription.

Internet services. Subscriber is not permitted to "resell" Services to other
users. The Net reserves the right to Terminate service immediately without notification.
- USAGE OF UNACCEPTABLE SOFTWARE-- The Net offers unrestricted, attended access to the
Internet for its users. However, The Net does not allow the use of software that
"pings" or sends packets of information just to avoid being disconnected due to
idle time. Repeated offenses of this nature will cause The Net to terminate the account
without necessity of a refund. Please be informed that The Net has the capability to
monitor on-line usage, including download activity for each and every client.
- MULTIPLE, SIMULTANEOUS LOGIN- Multiple, simultaneous login sessions of one Subscriber

limited to, accessing data not intended for the Subscriber, logging into a server or
account the Subscriber is not expressly authorized to access, or probing the security of
other networks and that of The Net (such as running security scanning programs and similar
tools). Subscriber who violate systems or network security may incur criminal or civil
liability and subscription may be suspended and/or discontinued immediately as seen fit.
